В статье рассматриваются взаимосвязанные вопросы производства, потребления, возрастания общественного «акцента» на экологические проблемы современности. Определяются экологические проблемы, которые вызваны как производством, так и реализацией различных товаров. Приводится анализ статистических данных компании IPSOS, делается вывод о том, что главной целью общественного потребления является непосредственно недопущение экологических проблем и вместе с этим удовлетворение потребностей потребителей в полном объеме. Для достижения данной цели описываются пять принципов относительно подхода к ответственному потреблению. Рассматривается зарубежный опыт и приводится иерархия управления отходами в Евросоюзе, а также некоторые аспекты работы с мусорными отходами в России. Далее проводится анализ основных технологий утилизации мусорных отходов с выходом на схему применения метода компостирования и получаемого экономического эффекта. В контексте рассматриваемой проблемы рассматриваются предполагаемые тенденции развития мусороперерабатывающей отрасли в России с целью снижения ущерба окружающей среде. The article deals with interrelated issues of production, consumption, increasing public "emphasis" on environmental problems of our time. Environmental problems that are caused by both the production and sale of various goods are determined. The analysis of IPSOS statistical data is given, it is concluded that the main goal of public consumption is to directly prevent environmental problems and at the same time meet the needs of consumers in full. To achieve this goal, five principles are described regarding the approach to responsible consumption. The foreign experience is considered and the hierarchy of waste management in the European Union is given, as well as some aspects of working with garbage waste in Russia. Next, the analysis of the main technologies of waste disposal is carried out with access to the scheme of application of the composting method and the resulting economic effect. In the context of the problem under consideration, the proposed trends in the development of the waste processing industry in Russia are considered in order to reduce environmental damage. |
