В статье приводятся результаты опроса жителей центральной части Приморья по вопросам сбора и заготовки дикоросов. Опрошенные отметили, что занимаются сбором и заготовкой пищевых лесных ресурсов и лекарственных трав для собственных нужд и продажи на рынках с целью улучшения финансового положения своей семьи. Почти все респонденты пришли к мнению о необходимости организации приемных пунктов и заготовительно-перерабатывающих предприятий, что позволит значительно увеличить объемы сбора дикорастущей пищевой продукции. Создание заготовительных пунктов будет способствовать появлению новых рабочих мест, что очень важно при нарастающей безработице в сельской местности. The article presents the results of a survey of residents of the central part of Primorye on the collection and preparation of wild plants. The respondents noted that they are engaged in the collection and procurement of food forest resources and medicinal herbs for their own needs and sale in the markets in order to improve the financial situation of their families. Almost all respondents agreed on the need to organize reception centers and procurement and processing enterprises, which will significantly increase the collection of wild food products. The creation of procurement centers will contribute to the creation of new jobs, which is very important with the growing unemployment in rural areas. |
