В статье раскрывается экономическое содержание процесса обеспечения качества проекта, описываются методы и инструменты, современные подходы к оценке качества проекта и дается научное обоснование квалиметрическому методу; представлен анализ система показателей оценки качества объекта проекта; предложена модель обеспечения качества проекта на основе сформированной системы количественных показателей: интегральный показатель качества объекта проекта; срок проекта; стоимость проекта; степень удовлетворенности потребности потребителя (заказчика). The article reveals the economic content of the process of ensuring the quality of the project, describes the methods and tools, modern approaches to assessing the quality of the project and gives a scientific justification for the qualimetric method; the analysis of the system of indicators for assessing the quality of the project object is presented; a model for ensuring the quality of the project is proposed on the basis of the formed system of quantitative indicators: an integral indicator of the quality of the project object; term of the project; project cost; the degree of satisfaction of the needs of the consumer (customer). |
