В статье представлены результаты аналитической диагностики ключевых аспектов развития рынка строительных материалов в региональном масштабе. Развитие национальной экономической системы происходит через повышение интенсивности функционирования строительной отрасли. В этой связи особое значение имеет развитие рынка строительных материалов, так как выполнение работ в области строительства становится попросту невозможным без наличия устойчивого предложения всего ассортимента строительных материалов и конструкций. Строительство является фондообразующей отраслью всей экономики Российской Федерации. Текущие макроэкономические условия функционирования экономики России находятся под негативным давление пандемии и беспрецедентных внешнеэкономических санкций, что требует от органов государственной власти использования всех возможных рычагов выхода из кризисной ситуации. В контексте существующих проблем особенное значение имеет поступательное развитие строительного комплекса в целом и рынка строительных материалов в частности, которые должны стать драйверами экономического роста в краткосрочной перспективе. Авторами в работе обосновывается актуальность развития рынка строительных материалов в рамках национальной экономической системы, дается характеристика специфике функционирования и особенностям сегментации рынка строительных материалов, выполняется диагностика ключевых показателей развития строительной отрасли и рынка строительных материалов в Курской области. The article presents the results of analytical diagnostics of key aspects of the development of the building materials market on a regional scale. The development of the national economic system occurs through an increase in the intensity of the functioning of the construction industry. In this regard, the development of the building materials market is of particular importance, since the performance of work in the field of construction becomes simply impossible without a stable supply of the entire range of building materials and structures. Construction is a fund-forming industry of the entire economy of the Russian Federation. The current macroeconomic conditions for the functioning of the Russian economy are under the negative pressure of the pandemic and unprecedented foreign economic sanctions, which requires public authorities to use all possible levers to overcome the crisis. In the context of the existing problems, of particular importance is the progressive development of the construction complex in general and the building materials market in particular, which should become drivers of economic growth in the short term. The author substantiates the relevance of the development of the building materials market within the framework of the national economic system, characterizes the specifics of the functioning and segmentation of the building materials market, performs diagnostics of key indicators for the development of the construction industry and the building materials market in the Kursk region. |
