Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопросов, связанных с влиянием обременений от расположения земельных участков в зонах с особыми условиями использования территорий. На примере 4 зон охраны газораспределительных сетей в селе Нюксеница Вологодской области определено уменьшение стоимости земель, попадающих в данную зону. Установлено, что на территории села Нюксеница в границы охранных зон попадают более 40 земельных участков, стоимость которых необходимо скорректировать, ввиду невозможности использования части их площадей в соответствии с видом разрешенного использования. The article is devoted to the consideration of issues related to the influence of encumbrances from the location of land in areas with special conditions of use of territories. On the example of 4 zones of protection of gas distribution networks in the village of Nyuksenitsa of the Vologda region, a decrease in the cost of land falling into this zone is determined. It is established that in the territory of the village Nyuksenitsa more than 40 land plots which cost needs to be corrected in view of impossibility of use of part of their areas according to the type of the allowed use get to borders of security zones. |
