В статье приведен структурно-содержательный анализ новой системы компетенций владения китайским языком, разработанной органами государственной власти КНР для изучающих китайский язык как второй в Китае (национальные меньшинства, иностранцы) и по всему миру и официально вступившей в силу с 1 июля 2021 г. Критериями сопоставительного анализа новой и старой систем (2014) стали компонентный состав модели коммуникативной компетенции, разработанной для китайского языка, уровневая структура модели, а также содержательное наполнение и количественные критерии компонентов коммуникативной компетенции. Сделан вывод о характере структурных, содержательных и количественных различий двух систем. The article provides a structural and substantive analysis of the new system of competencies in Chinese language proficiency, developed by the government authorities of the PRC for students of Chinese as a second language in China (national minorities, foreigners) and around the world, and officially coming into force on July 1, 2021. There is also a comparative analysis of the new and old systems (2014) that became the component composition of the model of communicative competence, developed for the Chinese language, the level structure of the model, as well as the content and quantitative criteria of the components of communicative competence. A conclusion is made about the nature of the structural, content and quantitative differences between the two systems. |
