| Description: | In accordance with the needs of the modern educational environment, such a direction in pedagogy as Smart Didactics is becoming relevant, offering a completely different approach and more sophisticated tools, which implies the development of not only basic but also flexible (soft) skills in the subjects of the educational process. This becomes possible in the practice of the competence-based approach.The article presents practical experience in developing a video guide on General Histology for students enrolled in a bilingual programme. Practical recommendations are given on how to integrate the video guide into the educational process as a result of student project work. The stages of group work in the practice of the competency-based approach are described, the main groups of competencies are identified, and the possibilities for their implementation are determined depending on the goals of the teacher and the students participating in the educational process. В соответствии с потребностями современной образовательной среды, актуальным становится такое направление педагогики как Smart-дидактика, которое предлагает к использованию совершенно иной подход и более совершенные инструменты, что предполагает развитие у субъектов образовательного процесса не только базовых, но и гибких навыков (soft skills). Это становится возможным в практике компетентностного подхода.В статье представлен практический опыт по разработке видеогайда по Общей гистологии для студентов, обучающихся по билингвальной программе. Даны практические рекомендации по внедрению видеогайда в образовательный процесс как результата проектной деятельности студентов. Описаны этапы групповой работы в практике компетентностного подхода, определены основные группы компетенций и возможности их реализации в зависимости от целей преподавателя и студентов-участников образовательного процесса.
