| Description: | В статье представлен краткий анализ результатов правоохранительной деятельности в миграционной сфере за период с 2017 по 2019 годы и за 8 месяцев 2020 года, а также законодательных новелл, направленных на повышение эффективности борьбы с незаконной миграцией. Проанализированы разъяснения Верховного Суда России по уголовных делам об организации незаконной миграции и фиктивной регистрации иностранцев, а также поручение Президента РФ по реализации Концепции миграционной политики России до 2025 года. The article presents a brief analysis of the results of law enforcement activities in the migration sphere for the period from 2017 to 2019 and for 8 months of 2020, as well as legislative innovations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the fight against illegal migration. In the conclusion, the explanations of the Supreme Court of Russia in criminal cases on the organization of illegal migration and fictitious registration of foreigners, as well as presidential instructions on the implementation of the Concept of Russia's migration policy until 2025 are analyzed. |
