Проанализирована текущая ситуация на рынке труда, которая характеризуется существенной нехваткой работников как в целом по РФ, так и в Республике Башкортостан в частности. Предложен комплексный подход к принятию стратегических решений и эффективному планированию рабочей силы в условиях нехватки трудовых ресурсов. The article discusses the key methodological aspects of forecasting regional personnel needs. The current situation in the labor market, which is characterized by a significant shortage of workers both in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the Republic of Bashkortostan in particular, is analyzed. An integrated approach to strategic decision-making and effective workforce planning in conditions of labor shortages is proposed. |
