| Description: | The authors present two-dimensional distributions of the EPI-groups countries for the «cold» economy zone on the planes of the economic indices CPIXBLI, CPIXEPI, EPIXBLI. The «nucleuses» of the EPI-groups are defined and the lists of the countries included in the EPIgroups nucleuses are presented. Countries that not included in the EPI-groups nucleuses are highlighted, and the reasons for their exclusion from the nucleus are given. Furthermore, the authors establish a statistical correlation between CPI and EPI indices for the EPI-groups nucleuses. This correlation can be verbally described as follows: «good behaviour is rewarded». В статье представлены двумерные распределения стран EPI-групп зоны «холодных» экономик на плоскостях экономических индексов CPIХBLI, CPIXEPI, EPIXBLI. Выделены «ядра» этих EPI-групп. Приведены списки стран, входящих в ядра EPI-групп. Названы страны, не включенные в ядра EPI-групп, и описаны причины исключения их из ядер. Впервые установлена статистическая связь между индексами CPI и EPI для ядер EPI-групп. Эта связь может быть в вербальной форме описана так: «благое поведение вознаграждается».
