Введение. Статья посвящена проблеме партисипативной подготовки студентов педагогических вузов. В статье представлено авторское определение понятия партисипативная подготовка студентов педагогических вузов , под которым понимается система подготовки (теоретическая, методическая, практическая), целью которой является формирование партисипативной компетентности, отражающей новые субъектсубъектные отношения учителя и ученика, характеризующиеся равноправием, сотрудничеством, соуправлением, общими интересами, взглядами и ценностями, творчеством и педагогической эмпатией. Цель статьи показать особенности партисипативной подготовки студентов педагогических вузов. Практическая значимость результатов исследования заключается в их использовании преподавателями высшей школы при организации процесса профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей. Материалы и методы. Основными методами исследования являются теоретические методы: прогнозирование, теоретикометодологический анализ эмпирические методы: анкетирование, наблюдение, самооценка, эксперимент, анализ, статистические методы. Результаты. Выявлены и апробированы процессная и компетентностная модели партисипативной подготовки студентов педагогических вузов и условия их эффективного функционирования, проведен анализ и сделаны выводы. Обсуждение. Подчеркивается, что результатом исследования является эффективная организация партисипативной подготовки студентов педагогических вузов через процессную и компетентностную модели. Заключение. Делается вывод о том, что актуализация партисипативной подготовки студентов педагогических вузов будет способствовать процессу профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей. Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical university students participative training. The article presents the authors definition of the concept pedagogical university students participative training, which is understood as a system of training (theoretical, methodological, practical), the purpose of which is of participative competence formation, reflecting new subjectsubject relations between teacher and student, characterized by equality, cooperation, comanagement, common interests, views and values, creativity and pedagogical empathy. The purpose of the article is to show the features of pedagogical university students participative training. The practical significance of the research results lies in their use by teachers of higher education establishments in the organization of future teachers professional training process. Materials and methods. The main research methods are theoretical methods: forecasting, theoretical and methodological analysis empirical methods: survey, observation, selfassessment, experiment, analysis, statistical methods. Results. The process and competence models of pedagogical university students participative training and the conditions of their effective functioning are revealed the analysis is carried out and conclusions are drawn. Discussion. It is emphasized that the result of the study is effective organization of pedagogical university students participative training through process and competence models. Conclusion. It is concluded that the actualization of the system of organization and support of pedagogical universities students participative training will contribute to the process of future teachers professional training.
