В статье рассмотрены отраслевые особенности функционирования российской радиоэлектронной промышленности. Охарактеризованы риски реализации проектов, связанных с разработкой и внедрением высокотехнологичной продукции. На основании проведенного анализа сделан вывод, что решение вопросов развития оборонных предприятий радиоэлектронной промышленности необходимо осуществлять комплексно, на основе увязки и координации программ и планов развития вооружения, военной и специальной техники, реформирования и развития ОПК, планов развития военно-технического сотрудничества. The article discusses the sectoral features of the functioning of the Russian radio-electronic industry. The risks of implementing projects related to the development and implementation of high-tech products are characterized. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the solution of the issues of the development of defense enterprises of the radio-electronic industry must be carried out comprehensively, on the basis of linking and coordinating programs and plans for the development of weapons, military and special equipment, reforming and developing the defense industry, plans for the development of military-technical cooperation. |
