Description: в статье рассматриваются особенности перевода юридического и делового текста. Отмечено, что тип текста и содержащаяся в нем информация во многом определяют выбор конкретных переводческих стратегий. Ключевым элементом текста официального характера в переводческом рассмотрении является термин, которому уделяется особое внимание. Выявлены основные языковые средства оформления текстов официального характера. the article deals with the issues of legal and official language texts translation features. It is noted that the text type and the information it contains largely determine the choice of specific translation strategies. Particular attention is given to a glossary item issue which is the key aspect of the official language text in the translation review. The main linguistic means of official language texts type are identified.
