| Description: | The regional economy of the Siberian Federal District has a clearly defined raw material structure, low labor productivity and technological equipment. The purpose of the work is to consider the features of the formation of industrial policy in the Siberian Federal District. The authors analyzed the structure and changes in the structure of the gross domestic product of the Russian Federation and the gross regional product of the Siberian Federal District. In the course of the study, the potential of the regional economy for the creation and development of the country's industrial site was considered, the backbone infrastructure elements of the resource-type region were identified. Various models of clustering of economic development, forms of interregional cooperation and development of a strategy for regional development of the subjects of the Russian Federation and the Siberian Federal District as a whole are proposed. Региональная экономика Сибирского Федерального округа имеет четко выраженную сырьевую структуру, низкую производительность труда и технологическую оснащенность. Цель работы - рассмотреть особенности формирования промышленной политики в СФО. Авторами был проведен анализ структуры и изменений структуры валового внутреннего продукта Российской Федерации и валового регионального продукта СФО. В ходе исследования был рассмотрен потенциал региональной экономики для создания и развития промышленной площадки страны, определены системообразующие инфраструктурные элементы региона ресурсного типа. Предложены различные модели кластеризации развития экономики, форм межрегионального сотрудничества и разработки стратегии регионального развития субъектов РФ и целом Сибирского федерального округа. |
