| Περιγραφή: | The article is devoted to the issues of determining approaches and methods for identifying problems of Russia's economic security. The main components of economic security are formulated, as well as the system of measures to ensure it is updated. It is emphasized that regional systems of economic security are becoming more flexible, since they include those tools and mechanisms that will be most effectively reproduced in the realities of a particular territory, take into account the characteristics of its business sector, the current business environment, etc. At the same time, determine the state of the economic security is possible through the prism of: the leading spheres of the economy and society that form the socio-economic system; economic security of individual regional structures, taking into account the peculiarities and internal indicators; general policy of national development and actualized in the current periods of threats to the functioning of the national economy. Статья посвящена вопросам определения подходов и способов выявления проблем экономической безопасности России. Сформулированы основные компоненты экономической безопасности, а также актуализирована система мер её обеспечения. Подчеркивается, что региональные системы экономической безопасности становятся более гибкими, поскольку включают в себя те инструменты и механизмы, которые наиболее эффективно будут воспроизведены в реалиях конкретной территории, учтут особенности её предпринимательского сектора, текущей бизнес-среды и др. Вместе с тем, определить состояние экономической безопасности можно через призму: ведущих сфер экономики и социума, образующих социально-экономическую систему; экономической безопасности отдельных региональных структур с учетом особенностей и внутренних индикаторов; общей политики национального развития и актуализирующихся в текущие периоды угроз функционирования национальной экономики. |
