Повышение производительности труда важная государственная задача, направленная на экономическое развитие страны. Проанализированы резервы материальных и трудовых ресурсов для перехода экономики РФ от экстенсивного к интенсивному пути развития. Обосновывается, наряду с понятием социализация труда, понятие «социализация производительности труда». Определены области применения понятий при формировании трудовых отношений работников и работодателей и факторы, их характеризующие. Изучены данные комплексного наблюдения условий жизни населения и структуры суточного фонда времени женщин в РФ. Предложены направления разрабатываемых мероприятий, связанные с содержанием понятия «социализация производительности труда», и непосредственно влияющих на рост производственных показателей и производительности труда. Increasing labor productivity is an important state task aimed at the economic development of the country. The Russian Federation has significant natural, material and labor resources for the transition from an extensive to an intensive path of economic development. An important direction in the intensification of the economy is the implementation of factors to increase the efficiency of the resources used. Along with the concept of socialization of labor, the concept of "socialization of labor productivity" is substantiated. The areas of application of concepts in the formation of labor relations between employees and employers and the factors characterizing them are determined. The data of complex observation of the living conditions of the population and the structure of the daily time fund of women in the Russian Federation are studied. Factors related to the content of the concept of "socialization of labor productivity" and their impact on labor productivity growth are proposed. |
