| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the structure of the Kazakhstan Republic innovation system, its main elements, their functions and ways of interaction. The aim of the study was to study the transformation of the innovation system over the course of two decades under the influence of internal and external economic and political factors. As a result of the research, the elements of the state innovation policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan were systematized, the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the activities of innovation infrastructure institutions were analyzed, and the specifics of the stages of the life cycle of the innovation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan were determined. Статья посвящена исследованию структуры инновационной системы Республики Казахстан, ее основных элементов, их функций и способов взаимодействия. Целью исследования служило изучение трансформации инновационной системы на протяжении двух десятилетий под влиянием внутренних и внешних экономико-политических факторов. В результате исследований были систематизированы элементы государственной инновационной политики Республики Казахстан, проанализированы качественные и количественные характеристики деятельности институтов инновационной инфраструктуры, а также определена специфика стадий жизненного цикла инновационной системы Республики Казахстан. |
