Description: Рассматриваются проблемы судебной диагностики при расследовании преступлений против собственности, обозначаются вопросы экспертной диагностики как одного из исследовательских методов, характеризующих объект экспертного исследования, определяющего условия и особенности процессов его изменения. Определяется значимость использования диагностических методов при проведении фоноскопических экспертиз при расследовании хищений, которыми структурируются не только причинно-следственные зависимости, но и устанавливаются механизмы образования различных изменений в объектах, представленных на исследование.
Deals with the problems of judicial diagnosis in the investigation of crimes against property, identifies the issues of expert diagnosis as one of the research methods that characterize the object of expert research, which determines the conditions and features of the processes of its change. The article defines the importance of the use of diagnostic methods during phonoscopic examinations in the investigation of theft, which are structured not only cause-and-effect relationships, but also establishes the mechanisms of formation of various changes in the objects submitted to the study.
