Выявлена необходимость и возможность создания единой системы межгосударственного регулирования транспортного пространства ЕАЭС путем унификации и гармонизации законодательства стран евразийской интеграции. Выделены проблемы практической реализации межгосударственного регулирования единого транспортного пространства ЕАЭС. Рассмотрены вопросы соотношения наднационального и национального регулирования, обоснована необходимость унификации и гармонизации законодательства стран евразийской интеграции в транспортной сфере. Предложены направления модификации уже существующих программных документов в рамках формирования единой системы межгосударственного регулирования единого транспортного пространства ЕАЭС и пути решения проблемы бюрократизации, декларативности и значительного количества регуляторных актов ЕАЭС. The necessity and possibility of creating a unified system of interstate regulation of the transport space of the EAEU by unifying and harmonizing the legislation of the countries of the Eurasian integration are identified. The problems of practical implementation of the interstate regulation of the common transport space of the EAEU are highlighted. The issues of the correlation between supranational and national regulation are considered, the necessity of unification and harmonization of the legislation of the countries of the Eurasian integration in the transport sector is justified. The directions of modification of already existing program documents within the framework of the formation of a unified system of interstate regulation of the common transport space of the EAEU and ways to solve the problem of bureaucratization, declarativeness and a significant number of regulatory acts of the EAEU are proposed. |
