В статье предлагается наиболее точное определение экономической сущности теневой экономики. Определены виды теневой экономики, которые в совокупности характеризуют современную структуру теневой кооперации. Раскрыты свойства теневой кооперации для определения роли цифрового рубля в рыночной экономике государства. Выделены приоритетные направления, способствующие минимизации объемов сектора теневой экономики в РФ, основой формирования и функционирования которых является использование цифрового рубля в процессе денежного обращения. Систематизированы риски, способствующие снижению результативности введения в современную финансовую среду цифрового рубля. The article offers the most accurate definition of the economic essence of the shadow economy. The types of shadow economy that collectively characterize the modern structure of shadow cooperation are identified. The properties of shadow cooperation for determining the role of the digital ruble in the market economy of the state are revealed. Priority areas are identified that contribute to minimizing the volume of the shadow economy sector in the Russian Federation, the basis for the formation and functioning of which is the use of the digital ruble in the process of monetary circulation. The risks contributing to the reduction of the effectiveness of the introduction of the digital ruble into the modern financial environment are systematized. |
