| Description: | В этой статье рассматриваются усилия России по повышению производительности окружающей среды и ресурсов с точки зрения зеленого роста, с акцентом на противоречивую взаимосвязь между промышленным ростом и окружающей средой. Он начинается с описания структурных сдвигов в российской экономике и оценки производительности России на многих уровнях. Вывод означает, что в последние годы Россия начала осознавать экологический стресс, однако, чтобы перевесить стремительные масштабы загрязнения, решительные усилия по сокращению выбросов и повышению эффективности использования ресурсов должны быть ключевой чертой российской политики, направленной на решение неотложных экологических проблем. This article explores Russia’s environmental and resources productivity efforts from green growthperspective, with emphasis on the conflicting relationship between industrial growth and environment. It starts with describing the structural shifts of the Russian economy and evaluates Russia’s productivity position on manylevels. The conclusion implies that Russia has started to recognize environmental stress in recent years, however, in order to outweigh the fast scales of pollution, a crucial efforts in emission reductions and resource efficiency should be a core feature in Russia's policy making in order to answer its pressing environmental challenges. |
