В статье представлены результаты анализа доходов федерального бюджета за 2014-2019 гг. на основании отчетов об исполнении и предварительных оценок за 2019 год. Проведенная оценка доходов федерального бюджета позволила выявить ряд особенностей их формирования, предложить возможные направления использования резервов роста налоговых доходов федерального бюджета Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в процессе формирования основных направлений бюджетной, налоговой политики на предстоящие годы, а также при планировании бюджета на текущий и плановые периоды. The article presents the results of analysis of federal budget revenues for 2014-2019 based on performance reports and preliminary estimates for 2019. The conducted assessment of federal budget revenues allowed us to identify a number of features of their formation, suggest possible ways to use the reserves of growth of tax revenues of the federal budget. the results of the analysis can be used in the process of forming the main directions of budget and tax policy for the coming years, as well as in planning the budget for the current and planned periods. |
