В статье выделены основные научные направления созданного научно-образовательного центра мирового уровня. Рассмотрены основные результаты влияния центра на экономику региона: изменение валового регионального продукта, отраслевой структуры малого и среднего предпринимательства, изменение позиции региона по типам региональных систем высшего образования через процессы технологической, институциональной и средовой трансформации. Отдельно выделена трансформация системы инициативного бюджетирования в Республике Башкортостан, направленная на объекты общего образования через создание предуниверсариев, открытие корпоративных классов, лабораторий совместно с образовательными и научными организациями высшего образования и предприятиями реального сектора экономики со специализацией в контурах исследовательской повестки научно-образовательного центра. The article highlights the main scientific directions of the created world-class scientific and educational center. The main results of the center's influence on the region's economy are considered: changes in the gross regional product, the sectoral structure of small and medium-sized businesses, changes in the region's position on the types of regional higher education systems through the processes of technological, institutional and environmental transformation. The transformation of the system of initiative budgeting in the Republic of Bashkortostan, aimed at the objects of general education through the creation of pre-universities, the opening of corporate classes, laboratories together with educational and scientific organizations of higher education and enterprises of the real sector of the economy with specialization in the contours of the research agenda of the scientific and educational center, is highlighted separately. |
