| Description: | The article reveals the role of family sports centers in a large city. The novelty of the research lies in the development of a new typological unit of the family sports center. The relevance of the article is due to the growing needs of the population in efficient urban spaces with a comfortable urban environment and the lack of alternative and time-relevant options for the use of territories for integrated development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the possibilities of using the territories of integrated development for the creation of family sports centers (FSC) and urban environment renewal. The comparative analysis of analogs of models of sports facilities in domestic and foreign experience is carried out. The regulatory framework and the existing structure of sports facilities are considered. Functional, volumetric-spatial and design features of the FSC are disclosed. В статье раскрывается роль центров семейного спорта в крупном городе. Новизна исследования заключается в разработке новой типологической единицы центра семейного спорта. Актуальность статьи обусловлена ростом потребностей населения в эффективных городских пространствах с комфортной городской средой и отсутствием альтернативных и актуальных времени вариантов использования территорий для комплексного развития. Целью исследования является анализ возможностей использования территорий комплексного развития для создания центров семейного спорта (ЦСС) и обновления городской среды. Проведен сравнительный анализ аналогов моделей спортивных сооружений в отечественном и зарубежном опыте. Рассмотрена нормативно-регламентирующая база и существующая структура спортивных объектов. Раскрыты функциональные, объемно-пространственные и конструктивные особенности ЦСС. |
