В статье рассматривается оценка развития аграрного производства с учетом технологических укладов. Определены факторы, воздействующие на технологическое развитие отраслей сельского хозяйства и агропродовольственного рынка. На основе этого выделены технологические уклады, которые сложились в сельском хозяйстве Сибири. В соответствии со сложившимися технологическими укладами в отраслях сельского хозяйства происходит развитие и агропродовольственного рынка, который не в состоянии полностью обеспечить потребности населения в продовольствии. The article examines the assessment of the development of agricultural production, taking into account technological structures. The factors influencing the technological development of agricultural sectors and the agri-food market are determined. Based on this, the technological structures that have developed in the agriculture of Siberia are distinguished. By these technological paradigms, the agro-food market is developing in the agricultural sector, which is not able to fully meet the needs of the population for food. |
