В статье рассматривается содержание понятия «интеграция» в сфере образовательных услуг как способа выхода на мировой рынок в условиях мирового экономического кризиса, вызванного пандемией COVID-19. Выделены основные проблемы интеграции высших учебных заведений России. Цель данной статьи - рассмотреть процесс интеграции университета как форму выхода на мировой рынок образовательных услуг с учетом F-фактора, вызванного комбинацией рисков. Новизна статьи: разработана система интеграции университета на мировом рынке высшего образования с учетом F-фактора -пандемии COVID -19. Сделаны выводы и рекомендации. The article examines the content of the concept of "integration" in the field of educational services as a way to enter the world market in the context of the global economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The main problems of integration of higher educational institutions of Russia are highlighted. The purpose of this article is to consider the process of university integration as a form of entering the world market of educational services, taking into account the F-factor caused by a combination of risks. The novelty of the article: a system of university integration in the global higher education market has been developed, taking into account the F-factor - the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusions and recommendations are made. |
