В статье представлены результаты сравнительного изучения мясной продуктивности различных половозрастных групп молодняка казахской белоголовой породы забайкальской селекции, включая выход основных питательных веществ и конверсии протеина и энергии корма в пищевой белок и энергию съедобной части мясной туши в 18 мес.
