| Description: | The results of a comparative empirical study that covered 13 thousand students in the period from 2019 to 2022 are being presented. Empirical data on the dynamics of values, self-help methods in subjectively difficult situations, plans in the near and long-term prospects of students of the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are obtained, which allow us to identify the leading trends in the value-motivational sphere of the personality of students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the present stage. It is revealed that among the main life values, health is singled out by students. They adhere to traditional values, including love and family. Freedom as independence in actions and actions is one of the least important values. During the analyzed period, the values of «professional development» and «sports» have strengthened their positions. Students devalued travel, previously allocated one of the most significant values. Unlike their peers, representatives of other educational and professional communities, cadets and trainees do not have difficulties in determining plans for either the near or long term, besides demonstrating the intention to independently implement plans without relying on the help and support of loved ones. In the short term, students of the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are focused on study, self–improvement and development in the profession; in the long term – career, professional selfdevelopment and family, which corresponds to the ideas of students about the meaning of life. The orientation of the subjects to love, friendship as life values leads to the fact that it is in the family, partners and friends that they see the most effective means of psychological stabilization. Представлены результаты сравнительного эмпирического исследования, охватившего 13 тысяч обучающихся в период с 2019 по 2022 годы. Получены эмпирические данные динамики ценностей, способов самопомощи в субъективно сложных ситуациях, планов в ближайшей и отдаленной перспективах обучающихся образовательной организации МВД России, позволяющие выделить ведущие тенденции ценностно-мотивационной сферы личности обучающихся образовательных организаций МВД России на современном этапе. Выявлено, что среди основных жизненных ценностей обучающимися выделяется здоровье. Они придерживаются традиционных ценностей, среди которых любовь и семья. Свобода как независимость в поступках и действиях является одной из наименее важных ценностей. За анализируемый период усилили свои позиции ценности «развития в профессии» и «спорта». Обучающимися обесценены путешествия, ранее выделяемые одной из наиболее значимых ценностей. В отличие от своих ровесников, представителей иных учебно-профессиональных общностей, курсанты и слушатели не испытывают трудностей в определении планов ни на ближайшую, ни на отдаленную перспективу, к тому же демонстрируют намеренность самостоятельно реализовать планы, не полагаясь на помощь и поддержку близких. В ближайшей перспективе обучающиеся образовательной организации МВД России ориентированы на учебу, самосовершенствование и развитие в профессии; в отдаленной перспективе – карьеру, профессиональное саморазвитие и семью, что соответствует представлениям обучающихся о смысле жизни. Ориентация обследуемых на любовь, дружбу в качестве жизненных ценностей приводит к тому, что именно в семье, партнерах и приятелях они видят наиболее эффективные средства психологической стабилизации. |
