Давняя особенность социокультурной жизни России - празднование знаменательных дат ради их особой функциональной нагрузки: с помощью массовых торжеств организаторы стремились решать актуальные политические проблемы. Важным средством воздействия на коллективное сознание традиционно являются юбилеи: через "правильную" трактовку прошлого можно влиять на будущее. Подобная историко-идеологическая мобилизация ярко проявилась в начале ХX в., когда правительство искало средства для объединения общества. Былые успехи и великие победы должны были заново легитимировать существующую власть. Но истоки такой культурной политики восходят уже к началу XIX в. A long-standing peculiarity of the Russian sociocultural life is to celebrate important dates in order to obtain a certain result: large-scale festivities were used as a way of solving current political problems. Jubilees have traditionally been considered as an effective technique to affect the collective consciousness: the future can be influenced through the “correct” representation of the past. A political ideological mobilization of that kind can be observed in the early 20th c., when the government was searching for means to unite the society. Former achievements and great victories had to legitimatize the current-day regime. But the origin of that cultural politics dates back as early as the beginning of the 19th c. |
