В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты взаимодействия внутреннего контроля и экономической безопасности как подсистем в рамках системы управления предприятия. Рассмотрено взаимодействие указанных подсистем в контексте их воздействия на отдельные направления деятельности предприятия: финансовые активы, информационные активы, показатели стратегии, рыночные показатели, кадры. Проведен сравнительный анализ подсистем внутреннего контроля и экономической безопасности. Определены сфера внутреннего аудита в оценке системы экономической безопасности предприятия. This article describes the theoretical aspects of internal audit’s and economical safety’s interaction as subsystems within the framework of the enterprise management system. The interaction of these subsystems in the context of their impact on certain directions (components) of the enterprise's activities is considered: financial assets, information assets, strategy indicators, market indicators, personnel. A comparative analysis of the subsystems of internal control and economic security was carried out. The field of internal audit was determined as the boundary of its responsibility for assessing the enterprise’s subsystem of economic security. |
