В статье проведена оценка эффективности использования ресурсов организации с помощью методики, которая состоит из трёх этапов. На первом этапе произведён отбор показателей, отражающих степень обеспеченности организации основными ресурсами производства. На втором этапе отобраны показателей, отражающие эффективность использования ресурсов производства. На третьем этапе проведена процедура нормализации и приведение их в коэффициентный вид и расчёта интегрального показателя. Разработан комплекс мероприятий по повышению эффективности использования ресурсов организации. The article assesses the effectiveness of the use of resources of the organization using a technique that consists of three stages. At the first stage, the selection of indicators reflecting the degree of security of the organizations main production resources. At the second stage, selected indicators that reflect the efficiency of the use of production resources. At the third stage, the procedure of normalization and bringing them into the coefficient form and calculation of the integral index is carried out. A set of measures to improve the efficiency of the use of resources of the organization.
