В статье дается оценка уровню финансовой грамотности населения Республики Коми в 2018-2020 годах на основе индикатора общероссийского рейтинга регионов России - Индекса финансовой грамотности. Проанализирована структура населения региона по уровню финансовой грамотности, обозначены важнейшие показатели грамотного финансового поведения человека, такие как склонность к формированию сбережений, распоряжение доходами в повседневной жизни, уровень закредитованности, умение управлять долговой нагрузкой, соблюдение правил финансовой безопасности при приобретении финансовых услуг. Обозначена роль и дана оценка результативности реализации Региональной программы повышения финансовой грамотности в Республике Коми за 2020 год. Сформулированы приоритетные тематические направления развития финансовой грамотности населения региона. The article provides an assessment of the level of financial literacy of the population of the Komi Republic in 2018-2020 based on the indicator of the all-Russian rating of Russian regions - the Financial Literacy Index. The structure of the population of the region according to the level of financial literacy is analyzed, the most important indicators of a competent financial behavior of a person are indicated, such as the tendency to form savings, disposition of income in everyday life, the level of debt load, the ability to manage the debt burden, compliance with financial security rules when purchasing financial services. The role is identified and the assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Program for Increasing Financial Literacy in the Komi Republic for 2020 is given. Priority thematic directions for the development of financial literacy of the population of the region are formulated. |
