This methodological essay establishes the fundamental validation criteria for the Law of Existence Series, proposing a rigorous regulation of scientific authority. The author argues that contemporary theoretical physics has inverted the natural order of knowledge by allowing mathematical structures to govern the interpretation of reality, often without the possibility of experimental or logical veto. The document formalizes the Three-Veto Sieve, an asymmetrical hierarchy of power where each instrument of knowledge possesses a specific authority over the others: Logical Veto (Consistency): Acts as the first filter. Any proposal that violates the law of non-contradiction or the thermodynamic contrapositive is discarded before the execution phase. Physical Veto (The Supreme): Is the sovereign authority. Prototype testing and functional reality have the power to invalidate any mathematical or logical construction. If nature persists through a rotating axis, this brute fact nullifies any formalism that dictates otherwise. Mathematical Veto (The Tool): Acts at the execution and solutions level to avoid wasting resources. However, the author demonstrates that mathematics, while necessary for the conference, does not possess the final veto power over logic or physical reality, being an "assistant" to truth and not its creator. This method is what allows the Law of Existence Series to safely navigate between domains as diverse as atomic stability, the biomechanics of locomotion (Snake Theorem), and astrophysics, always maintaining rigor through submission to the "Final Judge": physical persistence. |
