В объеме производства некоторых отраслей оборонно-промышленного комплекса значительную роль составляют изделия, являющиеся комплектующими при создании конечной продукции в других отраслях. Например, создаваемая радиоэлектронная продукция потребляется в самолетостроении, судостроении, автостроении, ракетостроении и др. Многие ее изделия являются продукцией двойного назначения, т.к. могут потребляться в других отраслях при производстве продукции, как военного, так и гражданского назначения. Выбор варианта диверсификации предприятия оборонно-промышленного комплекса, производящих продукцию двойного назначения в значительной мере зависит от результатов ее военного-экономического анализа. Однако, объективность данного анализа и обоснованность его результатов часто вызывают сомнения. Отличительной особенностью действующих в настоящее время методов военно-экономического анализа продукции двойного назначения является фиксированность условий и алгоритмов использования каждого образца данной продукции Имеющиеся методики данного анализа базируются в основном на ведомственно-видовых постановках его моделей, что приводит к нарушению требований единства методологии военно-экономического анализа продукции двойного назначения, используемой и в военной и в гражданской сферах. Отмеченные обстоятельства затрудняют выбор оптимального варианта диверсификации продукции двойного назначения, создаваемой на предприятиях оборонно-промышленного комплекса. Возможный вариант решения рассматриваемой задачи представлен в данной статье. В статье рассматриваются вопросы управления персоналом в компаниях, относящихся к среднему бизнесу. Приведены конкретные результаты исследования кадрового состава и кадровой ситуации, складывающейся в торговой организации ООО Полюс экспресс . Выявлены и описаны проблемы в системе управления персоналом, в том числе управленческие ошибки и предложены мероприятия, которые будут способствовать улучшению организации труда The article discusses the issues of personnel management in companies related to medium-sized businesses. The specific results of the study of the personnel composition and personnel situation taking shape in the trade organization LLC Polyus Express are presented. Identified and described problems in the personnel management system, including managerial errors, and proposed measures that will help improve the organization of labor. In the volume of production of some branches of the military-industrial complex, a significant role is played by products that are components in the creation of final products in other industries. For example, the created radio-electronic products are consumed in aircraft construction, shipbuilding, automobile construction, rocket construction, etc. Many of its products are dual-use products, since they can be consumed in other industries in the production of products, both military and civilian. The choice of the option of diversification of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex that produces dual-use products largely depends on the results of its militaryeconomic analysis. However, the objectivity of this analysis and the validity of its results are often questionable. A distinctive feature of the currently operating methods of military-economic analysis of dual-use products is the fixed conditions and algorithms for using each sample of this product. The available methods of this analysis are based mainly on departmental-specific statements of its models, which leads to a violation of the requirements of the unity of the methodology of military-economic analysis of dual-use products used in both the military and civil spheres. The aforementioned circumstances make it difficult to choose the best option for diversification of dual-use products created at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex. A possible solution to this problem is presented in this article. |
