| Description: | The article describes the epidemiological dynamics of the prevalence of tick-borne viral encephalitis in the Primorsky territory. Based on the analysis, it considers the factors, that explain the decrease in the incidence of this infection. The mechanisms of the pathogenesis of tick-borne encephalitis are identified, on the basis of which the authors assign the leading role in the development of the disease to the immune system. Attention is focused on the consequences of tick-borne encephalitis in the absence of timely treatment. В статье даётся эпидемиологическая динамика распространённости клещевого вирусного энцефалита на территории Приморского края. На основании анализа рассматриваются факторы, объясняющие снижение заболеваемости данной инфекцией. Описываются механизмы патогенеза клещевого энцефалита, ведущую роль в развитии которого авторы отводят иммунной системе. Акцентируется внимание на исходах течения клещевого энцефалита при отсутствии своевременного лечения. |
