В статье рассматривается возможность создания «зеленой экономики» в России в текущих макроэкономических условиях. Предлагается обширный анализ текущей ситуации, также приведена оценка потенциала «зеленых» технологий и соответствующих отраслей в России, а также выявлены препятствия и ограничения для успешной реализации «зеленой экономики» в России. Кроме того, в статье предложены рекомендации по преодолению выявленных факторов торможения создания «зеленой экономики» и достижению целей «зеленого развития». Особое внимание уделено финансовым, технологическим, политическим и экологическим аспектам создания и развития «зеленой экономики». Исследование основано на анализе актуальных источников, включая отчеты международных организаций, стратегии правительства России и законодательные акты. Делается вывод о значимости зеленой экономики для устойчивого развития страны, а также обозначены перспективы ее реализации в контексте современных вызовов и возможностей. The article examines the possibility of creating a “green economy” in Russia in the current macroeconomic conditions. An extensive analysis of the current situation is offered, an assessment of the potential of green technologies and related industries in Russia is also provided, and obstacles and limitations to the successful implementation of a green economy in Russia are identified. In addition, the article offers recommendations for overcoming the identified factors inhibiting the creation of a green economy and achieving the goals of “green development”. Particular attention is paid to the financial, technological, political and environmental aspects of the creation and development of a “green economy”. The research is based on an analysis of current sources, including reports of international organizations, strategies of the Russian government and legislative acts. A conclusion is drawn about the importance of the green economy for the sustainable development of the country, and the prospects for its implementation in the context of modern challenges and opportunities are outlined. |
