Главная цель государственной региональной политики - создать условия для динамичного, сбалансированного социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации. Реализация этой цели зависит от выполнения задач последовательного выравнивания регионов по уровню социально-экономического развития и качеству жизненной среды. Статья посвящена исследованию теоретических основ формирования эффективной региональной инвестиционной стратегии. Масштабность задач и дефицит ресурсов предопределяют необходимость разработки рекомендаций по формированию эффективного механизма инвестиционного обеспечения регионального развития с позиций выполнения территорией системообразующих функций комплексного обеспечения жизнедеятельности населения региона. The main goal of the state regional policy is to create conditions for dynamic, balanced socioeconomic development of the Russian Federation. The achievement of this aim depends on performance of the tasks on consistent alignment of the regions in terms of socio-economic development and quality of living environment. The paper is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations of formation of an effective regional investment strategy. The need to develop recommendations on formation of an effective mechanism of investment support for regional development from the viewpoint of the territory, performing system-forming functions of integrated life support of regional population, is determined by the scale of the tasks and the lack of resources. |
