Description: В статье рассмотрен процесс переработки фторокремниевой кислоты путем взаимодействия с гидроксидом натрия получением фторида натрия и переработки полученного раствора силиката натрия в «белую сажу» (диоксид кремния). Определены оптимальные соотношения расхода сырьевых компонентов и порядок их смешения – для получения качественных продуктов. В целях снижения потерь целевого продукта проведены исследования по подбору промывочного раствора полученного осадка фторида натрия, при которых унос частиц целевого продукта с промывочным раствором минимальный. The article discusses the process of processing fluorosilicic acid by reacting it with sodium hydroxide to produce sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide. The optimal ratios for the consumption of raw materials and the order of their mixing have been determined to obtain high-quality products – sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide. In order to reduce losses of the target product, research was carried out to select a washing solution for the resulting sediment. Parameters of the sodium fluoride washing process were selected in which the entrainment of particles of the target product with the washing solution is minimal.
