Рассматривается постановка задач для разработки и апробации методики вычисления и количественной оценки ресурсного потенциала геологической среды по инженерно-геологическим критерия. Результаты исследования ресурсного потенциала геологической среды – важной природной составляющей природно-технической системы, позволят оценить качество территориального ресурса для оптимального выбора местоположения будущей ПТС, ее объемно-планировочной модели с целью обеспечения безопасности зданий и сооружений.
