| Περιγραφή: | The article touches upon the issue of improving the quality of the organization of the educational process for senior students, which is especially important in the context of the precocious modern youth of generation Z. The article examines the problem of improving the quality of the organization of the learning process for senior students, which is especially important in the context of the early maturation of generation Z. In particular, the question of the possibility of introducing andragogical principles as the fundamental principles of teaching for undergraduates is being investigated. The purpose of the study: to study and substantiate the possibility of applying andragogical principles to the organization of the learning process of university students will contribute to the effective organization of a set of optimal conditions for professional development and self-realization of students. The introduction of the principle of the possibility of androgynous education as the main principle of the education of high school students is considered. Universities serve as the main environment where the personality of a student is formed, therefore, the problem of finding new ways in the organization of education is brewing before pedagogy. The results, successfully applied to one of the areas of pedagogy, male pedagogy, will contribute to the answers to the social questions of pedagogy. В статье затрагивается вопрос повышения качества организации учебного процесса для старшекурсников, что особенно актуально в условиях не по годам развитой современной молодежи поколения Z. В статье исследуется проблема повышения качества организации процесса обучения студентов старших курсов, что особенно актуально в условиях раннего взросления поколения Z. В частности, исследуется вопрос о возможности внедрения андрагогических принципов в качестве основоположных принципов обучения для старшекурсников. Цель исследования: изучить и обосновать возможность применения андрагогических принципов к организации процесса обучения студентов вузов будет способствовать эффективной организации комплекса оптимальных условий для профессионального развития и самореализации обучающихся. Рассматривается введение принципа возможности андрогинного воспитания как основного принципа воспитания старшеклассников. Университеты служат основной средой, где формируется личность студента, поэтому перед педагогикой назревает проблема поиска новых путей в организации обучения. Результаты, успешно примененные к одному из направлений педагогики, мужской педагогике, будут способствовать ответам на социальные вопросы педагогики. |
