| Description: | Социальная ответственность правового государства является недоисследованной научной категорией из-за относительно небольшого срока существования правовой государственности, стремительно прогрессирующей социально-экономической действительности, а также изменения технических реалий, что обуславливает необходимость коррелирования мер, осуществляемых государством с целью достижения стабильности социального положения общества. Факторами, обуславливающими объем ответственности государства перед гражданами, выступают исторический опыт страны и те социальные проблемы, которые предстоит решить. Предлагается социальную ответственность трактовать более широко, чем меры социальной поддержки со стороны государства, поскольку включенность последнего в социальные процессы гораздо глубже и не исчерпывается выполнением им социальной функции. The social responsibility of the rule of law is an underexplored scientific category due to the relatively short period of existence of the rule of law in society, as well as in view of the rapidly progressing socio-economic reality and technical realities, which necessitates the correlation of measures taken by the state in relation to citizens with those goals and objectives, which it puts as a kind of achievable social result. The factor that determines the extent of the responsibility of the state to its citizens is the historical experience of the country and the problems that are supposed to be solved by demanding a responsible attitude from the state in relation to the citizens. It is proposed to interpret social responsibility more broadly than measures of social support from the state, since the latter's involvement in social processes is much deeper and is not limited to its performance of a social function. |
