В рамках исследования было проанализировано современное состояние санаторнокурортного комплекса Российской Федерации и сформирован ряд проблемных вопросов, сдерживающих его развитие, сгруппированных по нескольким направлениям. Обозначены проблемы в области организации и функционирования лечебно-оздоровительных местностей и курортов в Российской Федерации, организации санаторно-курортного лечения, повышения инвестиционной привлекательности санаторно-курортного комплекса, информационного сопровождения и продвижения санаторно-курортного комплекса Российской Федерации. Относительно санаторно-курортного обеспечения детей в исследовании проанализирована современная обстановка, количество учреждений и формат мероприятий, принимающих участие в организации отдыха и лечения детей, обозначены проблемы, свойственные данной сфере и сформулированы основные направления повышения качества и безопасности предоставляемых услуг детям, учреждениями санаторно-курортной сферы со стороны государственных органов власти. In the framework of the study the current state of the sanatorium-and-resort complex of the Russian Federation was analyzed and a number of problematic issues restraining its development grouped in several directions afterwards were formed. Such problems as the organization and functioning of medical-recreational areas and resorts in the Russian Federation, the organization of sanatorium-and-resort treatment, increasing of the investment attractiveness of the sanatorium-and-resort complex, information support and promotion of the sanatorium-and-resort complex of the Russian Federation are identified. In reference to the sanatorium-and-resort support of children the study represents analysis of the current situation, the quantity of institutions and the format of events involved in organizing recreation and treatment of children, the problems relevant to the mentioned area are outlined and the main directions for improvement of the quality and safety of the services provided to children by the institutions of the sanatorium-and-resort area on the part of the state authorities are formulated. |
