| Description: | The key aspects of cybersecurity supervision in banks and their impact on financial stability are studied. Approaches to regulation and management of cyber risks have been identified, including the need to take into account the local environment and digitalization. Measures are proposed to raise awareness, strengthen cyber hygiene and implement a systematic approach to the management and oversight of ICT/cyber risks. Исследованы ключевые аспекты надзора за кибербезопасностью в банках и их влияние на финансовую стабильность. Выявлены подходы к регулированию и управлению киберрисками, включая необходимость учета локальной среды и цифровизации. Предложены меры по повышению осведомленности, укреплению кибергигиены и внедрению систематизированного подхода к управлению и надзору за ИКТ/киберрисками. |
