В статье анализируются современные подходы к формированию концептуальных основ управления человеческими ресурсами наукоемких промышленных предприятий с учетом применения HRM-систем, обеспечивающих возможность применения как традиционных, так и дополнительных, инновационных функций развития человеческого потенциала организации. Особое внимание уделяется алгоритму реализации и составу концептуальных основ управления человеческими ресурсами наукоемких промышленных предприятий с учетом информационно-технологической составляющей. The article analyzes modern approaches to the formation of the conceptual framework for humanresource management of knowledge-intensive industrial enterprises, taking into account the use of HRM-systemsthat provide the possibility of using both traditional and additional, innovative functions for the development of human potential of the organization. Special attention is paid to the implementation algorithm and the compositionof the conceptual framework for human resource management of high-tech industrial enterprises, taking into account the information technology component. |
