A general model of economic dynamics is proposed. The model illustrates the exchange of resources between industries. Hypothetical industries of "defense sector", "civil sector", "science", "finance", and "the rest of the World" are highlighted. Although the model is abstract enough, its empirical investigation is possible by the technique of time series analysis, and the formulation allows for detalization up to the level of agents-enterprises. |
