| Description: | The article provides a comparative analysis of BRICS+ as a large modern association of countries with a regional integration bloc using the example of the Andean Community. The following criteria are used for comparison: organization of work and coordination of actions of the participating countries, economic integration, cooperation in the field of social policy, a combination of a course towards the development of internal integration with participation in global processes, historically established traditions of interstate cooperation. During the comparison process, empirical data is presented and summarized. The analysis made it possible to conclude that it is possible to take into account the experience of a large regional bloc in order to determine further directions for the development of cooperation between states within the framework of BRICS+. The article also highlights the possibilities of developing integration between BRICS+ and the Andean Community. В статье проводится сравнительный анализ БРИКС+ как крупного современного объединения стран с региональным интеграционным блоком на примере Андского Сообщества наций. В качестве критериев для сравнения используются: организация работы и координация действия стран-участниц, экономическая интеграция, сотрудничество в сфере социальной политики, сочетание курса на развитие внутренней интеграции с участием в глобальных процессах, исторически сложившиеся традиции межгосударственного сотрудничества. В ходе осуществления сравнения приводятся и обобщаются эмпирические данные. Проведенный анализ позволил сделать вывод о возможности учета опыта крупного регионального блока для определения дальнейших направлений развития сотрудничества государств в рамках БРИКС+. Также в статье отмечаются возможности развития интеграции между БРИКС+ и Андским сообществом. |
