В статье рассмотрены теоретические подходы к определению сущности интегрированных структур, исследованы основные причины процессов интеграции в производственном секторе. Выделены экономические преимущества и недостатки интегрированных предприятий с учетом международного опыта. Рассмотрены исторические этапы формирования интегрированных структур в России, обосновывается необходимость стимулирования предприятий к взаимодействию в рамках интегрированных объединений. The article considers theoretical approaches to determining the essence of integrated structures, and examines the main reasons for integration processes in the manufacturing sector. The economic advantages and disadvantages of integrated enterprises are highlighted, taking into account international experience. The historical stages of the formation of integrated structures in Russia are considered, and the need to encourage enterprises to interact within integrated associations is justified. |
