| Description: | В рамках научной дискуссии рассматриваются функциональные аспекты частной детективной деятельности. Устанавливается, что на действующем этапе общественного развития функции негосударственного сыска обусловлены наличием признаков и условий, благодаря которым изучаемый вид деятельности обладает правовым воздействием на общественные отношения. Обосновывается, что основным средством реализации исследуемых функций и их базовой предпосылкой является оказание детективных услуг. Дается краткая характеристика примирительной, защитной и антимошеннической функциям частной детективной деятельности. Делается вывод о том, что, несмотря на ограниченный перечень видов детективных услуг, перечень функций, напротив, имеет неограниченный характер и формируется с учетом экономических и социальных возможностей государства. As part of the scientific discussion, the functional aspects of private detective work are considered. It is established that at the current stage of social development, the functions of private investigation are conditioned by the presence of signs and conditions due to which the type of activity under study has a legal impact on public relations. It is proved that the basic means of implementing the studied functions and their initial premise is the provision of detective services. A brief description of the conciliatory, protective and anti-fraud functions of private detective activity is given. It is concluded that, despite the limited list of types of detective services, the list of functions, on the contrary, has an unlimited character and is formed taking into account the economic and social capabilities of the state. |
