| Description: | The article presents the results of the research on forecasting the development of a grain-product subcomplex based on the structuring of business processes and innovation and investment activities. The fundamental transformations that have affected the Russian economy over the past decades have led to a significant transformation in the work of the grain production subcomplex, identifying new guidelines and directions for its further development. The methodological basis of this research is a comprehensive combination of various approaches, methods and tools, which make it possible to analyze and master new forecasting strategies for the development of the grain-product subcomplex in detail. The objects of the research are economic processes and phenomena that determine the development of the grain-product subcomplex in the medium and long term. The purpose of the work is to investigate new forecasting mechanisms for the development of the grain-product subcomplex based on the structuring of business processes and innovation and investment activities. The scientific novelty concerns the author's basis for forecasting the development of the grain-product subcomplex based on the structuring of business processes and innovation and investment activities. The identification of inefficient zones in industry processes plays an extremely important role in improving the overall effectiveness and competitiveness of the grain product subcomplex. The organization of business processes helps to identify bottlenecks and increase production efficiency significantly, which, in turn, helps strengthen competitive positions. Based on the collection and analysis of the opinions of the group of experts on the state and prospects of development of the grain-product subcomplex, it is also possible to forecast investment and innovation trends in the business processes of the subcomplex. The value of this research for practice lies in the potential of using the created set of applied tips for the progress of the grain industry in the framework of the Russian agriculture. In addition, the results of the work can be used by government agencies responsible for managing the economy in developing strategies aimed at the stable growth of the country's agro-industrial complex. В статье приводится результаты исследования по прогнозированию развития зернопродуктового подкомплекса на основе структурирования бизнес-процессов и инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности. Коренные преобразования, затронувшие российскую экономику за последние десятилетия, привели к существенной трансформации в работе зернопродуктового подкомплекса, обозначив новые ориентиры и направления для его дальнейшего развития. Методологическая основа данного исследования строится на комплексном сочетании разнообразных подходов, методов и инструментов, что дает возможность глубже проанализировать и освоить новые стратегии прогнозирования развития зернопродуктового подкомплекса. Объектом исследования являются экономические процессы и явления, определяющие развитие зернопродуктового подкомплекса в среднесрочной и долгосрочной перспективе. Цель работы – выработка новых механизмов прогнозирования развития зернопродуктового подкомплекса на основе структурирования бизнес-процессов и инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности. Научная новизна состоит в сформированной авторской основе по прогнозированию развития зернопродуктового подкомплекса на основе структурирования бизнес-процессов и инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности. Определение неэффективных зон в отраслевых процессах играет крайне важную роль для повышения общей результативности и конкурентоспособности зернопродуктового подкомплекса. Организация бизнес-процессов помогает выявить узкие места и существенно увеличить производственную эффективность, что, в свою очередь, содействует укреплению конкурентных позиций. На основе сбора и анализ мнений группы экспертов по состоянию и перспективам развития зернопродуктового подкомплекса, можно также осуществить прогнозирование инвестиционно-инновационных тенденций в бизнес-процессах подкомплекса. Ценность данного исследования для практики заключается в потенциале использования созданного набора прикладных советов для прогресса зернопродуктовой отрасли в рамках российского сельского хозяйства. Кроме того, результаты работы могут быть использованы государственными органами, ответственными за управление экономикой, при разработке стратегий, направленных на стабильный рост агропромышленного комплекса страны. |
