В статье представлены результаты анализа кейсов конца 20 - начала 21 веков, связанные с фальсификацией отчетности, применением методик креативного учета, выявлены меры противодействия бухгалтерского и аудиторского сообщества подобным явлениям в части совершенствования процедуры соблюдения этических принципов. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в процессах разработки и реализации системы внутреннего контроля и процедур внутреннего и внешнего аудита. The article presents the results of the late 20th - early 21st centuries cases analysis related to the falsification of reporting, creative accounting, measures to counteract the accounting and auditing community to such phenomena in terms of improving the procedures for compliance with ethical principles were identified there. The results of the analysis can be used in the development and implementation of internal control systems and internal and external audit procedures. |
